About this Project

Lumeah II is a home continuously reimagined. Originally a modest mid-century brick residence, it has evolved alongside a growing family while retaining its original character. Inspired by Palm Springs modernism, rendered concrete, black steel, breeze blocks, warm timber and sculptural curves create a refined dialogue between old and new. Layered interiors, vintage furnishings and desert-inspired landscaping celebrate the home's history while embracing its next chapter.
