About this Project

We wanted to move beyond the conventional neutral tones often seen in townhouse developments, while creating spaces that feel sophisticated and comfortable for young buyers living. We selected polytec Topiary and Moss Grey as our key finishes. These two colours complement each other beautifully, creating a harmonious balance between freshness and elegance, personality and simplicity. The combination exceeded our expectations.Bold in colour. Balanced in design. Designed for modern living.
