About this Project

Located within the industrial hub of Cambridge on Hobart’s eastern shore, Sullivans Cove Distillery’s cellar door has undergone a major facelift of a former industrial warehouse. polytec Woodmatt was used extensively throughout the project in the cellar door, VIP room, lounge bar and even within the palatial bathrooms. Notaio Walnut Woodmatt along with touches of Florentine Walnut Woodmatt are fitting tones matching the various bottles of amber whisky on display.
