3 Hosking Place has been transformed from ordinary apartments into a dynamic business hub featuring premium office suites, a café/bar, wine cellar, and an updated exterior. This adaptive-use project showcases sustainable building practices, resulting in a sophisticated and inviting space. Modern design elements blend with practical functionality, enhancing the building's appeal and usability while elevating the aesthetic and operational qualities of the ground floor.
