About this Project

SWELL is a Dover Heights home we designed and built, finished in 2026 on a block above the sea. Our interior design team specified polytec across the joinery. In the kitchen and pantry, Soft Walnut Matt panels and shelving sit with Gossamer White Smooth cabinetry under the off-form concrete ceilings, bringing quiet warmth to the living spaces. Blossom White Matt keeps the bedrooms calm. In the main ensuite and robe, fluted Calcutta 25 fronts in Blossom White soften the curved plan.
