886 North Beach Residence

About this Project

Set along Perth’s coastline, this residence was conceived as a response to place - embracing its oceanfront setting with confidence, while deliberately avoiding the predictable outcomes often associated with narrow coastal lots. The design explores sculptural expression, layered horizontality, and purposeful articulation to create a home that feels both timeless and distinctly individual. polytec is seamlessly used throughout the kitchen, alfresco and bedrooms, creating a sense of grandeur.
