About this Project

Roberto’s Deli captures the warmth and character of an authentic Italian alimentari. polytec Florentine Walnut brings rich timber tones and a sense of traditional craftsmanship to the contemporary interior. Used throughout the bespoke shelving and cabinetry, it creates a warm backdrop for an abundant display of Italian produce. Paired with dark stone, brass accents and warm lighting, the design celebrates the spirit of an Italian mercato while delivering a refined, modern retail experience.
