About this Project

OFP delivered a 4,200m² workplace fitout for Mader Group, a global mining services company, across two levels in Applecross WA. Guided by The Social Heart Framework, inspired by the Piazza, three fully equipped kitchens were positioned at the centre of the floorplan to create natural gathering points for 354 staff. Designed in three months, built in seven, on budget, zero variations. A workplace built around culture
