The Tree House

About this Project

A new build on a narrow block alongside a traditional weatherboard house on a battleaxe block, the land owned by one owner. Though set near a bustling road, the home feels worlds away once inside — elevated among the treetops, it’s a serene, contemporary treehouse retreat. The house features two window seats upstairs with a beautiful view of surrounding gum trees. The brief was for a modern home with warmth, a neutral palette with subtle tones of colour.
