About this Project

The interior, 4 unique tenancies, draws inspiration from Melbourne's laneways & surrounding bars, hotels, restaurants and wellness sanctuaries. Each exposing their own personalities:
Elba- Warm, light timber tones with a hint of seaside, minty hues
Hazel- Understated glamour with muted sandy tones & curved forms
Savoy- Wellness & day spa sanctuary inspired, promoting calmness, stone textures with a hint of luxury
Como– Modern-chic with walnut timber textures & glimpses of industrial, urban charm
