Ponsford Atrium Bar at the MCG

About this Project

Tablefive by Greater Group transformed the atrium at the Ponsford Stand in the MCG into a dynamic sports bar for AFL & cricket seasons. Key elements included a centralised feature bar, food station clad in polytec Natural Ply Woodmatt, and strategic entry points guiding visitors to the central bar. Tablefive's design embraced the MCG's brutalist architecture with industrial finishes, an illuminated 13-metre glass brick bar, colour-changing LED lights, and movable tables, creating a functional space for fans.
