About this Project

The introduction to use prime oak throughout the expansive double-height space was to create a sense of warmth and light. It was important that the built form responded to the local environment. The Prime Oak is broken into varying details; some left pure and uninterrupted, and other times textured using repetition. Through attention to detail - the project harmoniously blends the needs of the community while incorporating the local environment with the choices of materials and finer details.
