Rothsay Residence

About this Project

The Rothsay residence is an alteration and addition project which marries the existing cottage home with a contemporary, playful extension. Layers of colour and texture to create interest includes Tasmanian oak profiled timber alongside marble look porcelain blending with the raw textures of brick and terracotta mosaic throughout the home. The cabinetry, featuring polytec’s Verdelho and Forage Smooth introduces a modern finish contrasting with the raw materials resulting in a cohesive interior.
