About this Project

A client brief for a warm, nostalgic and harmonious link to the home’s exterior and surrounding suburb combined with a compact site necessitated the use of a limited materials palette. This, in conjunction with an overall building requirement for an 8 star energy rating, required a considered approach to material selection. Polytec products were ultimately chosen for their low VOC emissions, environmental and sustainability commitments, and exquisite colour and texture range.
