About this Project

Collaborating with TE Capital, we created two speculative offices designed to function independently or seamlessly integrated as one. Emphasis was placed on creating a complimentary design language across the two spaces, while ensuring they maintained distinct identities. We ensured tenancies benefited from parkland setting for ample light and scenic views.
