About this Project

Balwyn House is a sleek, modern family home featuring a monochromatic palette of polytec Empire Oak, Polar White, & Steccawood, creating a minimalist interior that celebrates exterior spaces. Generous glazing & high ceilings allow light & greenery to provide color and ambiance. Subdued interiors hero the landscape views, making the natural beauty outside the focal point. Inspired by modern Japanese aesthetics and wabi-sabi principles, the design offers simplicity and an appreciation of nature.
