About this Project

Three bedroom apartment, located in the leafy suburb of Woollahra in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Untouched for over 30 years, this apartment with 180 degree harbour views offered so much potential that we unlocked through thoughtful design. polytec Prime Oak was specified due to its beautiful warmth and grain which paired beautifully with the materiality and colours in the apartment.
