About this Project

Full renovation of an apartment in Southport, overlooking the Marina and out over the ocean. Over 20 floors high the apartment has two bedrooms with a double story void over the living room. The expanding family needed an extra bedroom so rather than move (they love the location) they decided to undertake full renovation including adding an extra bedroom in the void space. The design also included adding a butler's pantry and reconfigurating the kitchen,and master robe for better use of space.
