About this Project

Our approach to the speculative suite works was to create an engaging and neutral space that would allow prospective tenants to make themselves at home easily and without fuss. This proved to be the case when the current tenants moved into the suite, requesting no further changes be made to the design/layout of the tenancy. We chose to use natural colours and textures to create a calm and grounded space. We achieved this through the use of the polytec Prime Oak, Forage and Black Woodmatt Finishes
