About this Project

Yellow Rock Passivhaus is a semi offgrid, multigenerational family Passivhaus, split into 3 fully autonomous levels enabling occupants to have access to their family whilst also affording them privacy. A key design component is liveability allowing for ageing in place and creating a home that is not only beautiful and functional but also promotes accessibility, health, safety, and sustainability. Polytec products have been used extensively throughout the home
