About this Project

Centina acquired an existing film studio warehouse in Kent Town and repurposed the building to two offices, two retail and hospitality tenancies. Centina utilised existing infrastructure and worked on increasing natural lighting and incorporating large arches (relating back to the meaning of Centina). The architecturally designed finishes focus on a contemporary industrial art deco aesthetic Materiality includes terrazzo floors and tiles, arched windows and steel powder coated shrouds.
