About this Project

Our brief was to refurbish a 1200sqm floor plate and transform it into four suites with an interconnecting corridor and lobby that could be leased out to potential tenants. Each suite had to have a unique identity and cater to a specific leasing market. This project is suite 2 of the 4 suites. Suite 2 Design Concept was to create an edgy, industrial garage aesthetic design that attracts creative, IT/software groups.
