This home had good bones, with a beautiful Art Deco façade and modern extension to the rear, however key areas like the kitchen and bathrooms weren’t functional and the previous renovation from 2006 looked bland and tired. The brief was to significantly improve both the aesthetics and functionality throughout the whole home, creating inviting spaces for this young family. Polytec was selected for the kitchen, vanities, ETU, bedrooms and a study.
