About this Project

Fabric, Teneriffe is a landmark development in the heart of Teneriffe. The 9 storey residential and retail development has a clean, dark design and distinctive curved apex. The design inspiration for the building and its interiors has come from the immediate surrounds – the patchwork of neighbouring wool stores and warehouses, as well as the sleek city loft conversions of NYC and the form of its iconic Flatiron building.
