About this Project

Heywood Ranch is the imaginative conversion of a double garage to a kitchen and dining space for a growing family in the seaside suburb of West Beach. Unlocking the floorplan of the 70’s ranch style home to accommodate an additional bedroom, bathroom, bag drop & study all within the existing footprint. A stormy ocean palette of blue greys consisting of bluestone, terrazzo, quartzite, and brick tiles contrast beautifully against the warmth of the Boston Oak, bagged brickwork, and textural linen.
