A contemporary addition to a post war bungalow, the new extension steps with red brick steps down into a pavilion style open plan space with polished concrete floor. The pavilion opens generously to planted courts, the garden surroundings, and the sky to the North. Joinery is detailed in a manner reminiscent of the original home’s 1950s style, yet incorporates natural timber elements, with polytec Woodmatt being used to bring warmth, texture and connection to the natural surrounds.
