River House

About this Project

River House is a functional family home, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and thermal performance. The design is contemporary and minimalist, complimented by warm toned timber floors and furnishings. The planning focuses on a central kitchen, dining, and living space that promotes family gathering in a relaxed social atmosphere. The joinery is simplistic and practical, utilising shadow lines and recessed handle details for a clean, linear, and cohesive aesthetic throughout.
