About this Project

A Mati Construction’s development with the brief of Lux American Farmhouse. Our design focus paid tribute to this style with distinctive contemporary warmth. We combined the Polytec Stratford shaker door profile in a 2pac finish with the Casentino Beech Woodmatt throughout. This provided the perfect balance of materials needed for this large scale development. The final design showcases the ornate details often found in American farmhouse homes while incorporating modern Australian livability.
