About this Project

Bolwarra Ave was a knockdown re build site. Once an old weatherboard home with asbestos on a steep undulating block with an arduous driveway making for a gruelling trip to even get to the front door, and also a BAL FZ rating. Exempla Homes bought the design to life and now Bolwarra Ave is a modern and inviting 4 bedrooms, home framing the peaceful views of the preserved parkland valley below. With an open plan kitchen to take full advantage of the magnificent ghost gum outlook.
