Open Shut House

About this Project

Open Shut House is a contemporary addition to a semi detached dwelling. The new living room features a bank of joinery with open shelves finished in beautiful Tuross Oak to complement the cooler tones of the grey sliding panels of the TV cabinet and its Carrara marble plinth. In the light filled mezzanine Study, the warmth of the Natural Oak that lines the feature wall and joinery is balanced against the red bricks of the previously exterior wall of the old building.
