THE HAMPTONS COTTAGE

About this Project

This Hamptons style home is petite but big on beautiful features. This home was constructed as a Spec Home and was a Finalist in the HIA Awards 2020 for Spec Home of the Year. Being only 15 squares we used light tones throughout the home to bounce around the natural light and in the main Living area, we designed a striking raked ceiling to really open the home up. polytec cabinetry was our go to choice and we especially love the Thermolaminated feature bar back in the Calcutta profile.
