About this Project

Inspired by the developments’ marketing, our vision for this space was to bring to life the ‘modern marketplace’ showcasing the offerings of this precinct. With the model as a key focal point, the space remains flexible and inviting and is celebrated through the application of polytec’s Woodmatt products. The high contrast but minimalist palette allows the precinct’s brand to be showcased. This is seen in strongly curved panelling, whilst ample greenery help bring the Modern Market place to life.
